Feedback
The perpetual loop that keeps things moving. Tools such as Microsoft Teams and Adobe’s feedback platform allow for a dynamic exchange of ideas and strengthen the collaboration process.
There are two stages to the feedback loop for us:- receiving feedback at different stages via email and Adobe, as is needed on an ongoing basis. Then as a team, IG collaborates internally via Teams to ensure feedback is incorporated seamlessly.

Organisation & Standardisation
Having strong organisational skills for efficient collaboration is crucial. When there are lots of team members in the mix, sometimes workspaces and projects can get jumbled. Templates and standardisation are the heroes of this.
Brand guidelines and templates ensure brand consistency from the get-go. They’re some of the best forms of standardisation, allowing all members of your team to get clear on the do’s and don’ts of your brand, so that all outputs are in keeping.
Teamwork
Divide and conquer. Play to the strengths of your team members. While your team takes charge of the content of your presentation/document, IG can step in with design and project management. When strengths collide, collaboration ignites.
Tools
Tools such as digital whiteboards or interactive, online slides can be your allies. Enhance your workflow without adding unnecessary complexity.
