How we work

Dedicated QC team

Share your instructions and input files directly with your account manager. For more complex requests, we’ll jump on a call to talk through the brief, offer suggestions, and ensure we’ve understood what you need.

Our team work on the request, splitting it up between multiple team members if needed. Our QC team review the output to give everything a fresh pair of eyes, and ensure consistency within documents and with previous designs.

Once your account manager is happy with the output, they will deliver the files back to you directly, for you to review. If you have any comments or amendments, we process those changes as a priority, to ensure you get the final file back on time.
