How we operate
Typically, there are two parts to working with IG:
- Onboarding experience
- Submitting a job
So, let’s imagine you were to approach us from out of the blue, say, send us an email… we would begin by setting up an introductory call. Our team understands that each client’s journey is unique, which is why we take the time to get to know your business, your specific needs and assess your requirements before embarking on any project.
This call is also an opportunity for us to ask some key questions about your branding and style preferences. We’ll require you to send us your brand guidelines, as well as any existing templates you have, in advance of any work being completed.
These documents are essential in the design process and are necessary tools to assist us in delivering your tailor-made, bespoke project.
Once you have a job request to submit, simply send us an email and we’ll get to work.
Really, it’s that simple!
Great, so that’s it?
Well, it’s almost that simple! You will need to send us a few details…
- The input file = basically what you’d like us to work on
- Instructions = remember, the more specific the instructions, the better! Stuck on what to do? Read our blog for tips on how best to give detailed instructions to your designer.
- Template = yes, we’ve repeated ourselves here! But if there’s a new template we don’t already have on file, you’ll need to send this across to us.
If it’s necessary, we can discuss the brief in more detail over a quick call. Here, we can go over the slides in person and you can offer any specific instructions that you may have.
Now we get to work!
After receiving the design brief, we will review it with our design team to determine estimated timescales, which we’ll then share with you. Although, most of our clients just prefer us to get on with it, we believe it’s an important practice to be transparent about expectations.
Our dedicated team work their magic on the file and design it according to your instructions.
Once the project has been completed, it’s passed over to our Quality Control team who meticulously goes through, checking that the finished project is in line with the original brief and ensure the output is of the highest quality.
Finally, your Account Manager will personally review the document before sending it back to you.
You’re welcome to send across any edits and/or suggestions via email, which we will process for you as quickly as possible.
